Harris® Liquid Flux, General Purpose, Series: Stay Clean®, 16 oz, Bottle, 1.2 pH, Liquid, Composition: Zinc Chloride, Ammonium Chloride and Hydrochloric Acid, Clear to Slightly Yellow, Odor/Scent: Sweet, Up to 700 deg F, Applicable Materials: Brass, Copper, Nickel, Steel and Stainless Steel
- General purpose liquid flux for soldering with all soft solders
- Formulated to be active at temperatures optimum for a range of solder compositions
- Ideal for soldering a variety of base metals
- Easily identifiable hoses are color coded - red for fuel gas with white ink brand markings and green for oxygen with black ink brand markings along hose length
- Minimal pre-cleaning is required with Stay Clean® flux
- Due to the corrosive nature of the flux residue, this product is not recommended for use in electrical or electronic applications
- Effectively removes surface oxide and prevents oxide formation during soldering
