- Monitor pressure balance valve keeps water temperature within a safe +/-3.6 deg F (+/-1.7 deg C) helping to protect you from sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure
- Trim kit only, must order MultiChoice universal valve rough (R10000 series) separately to complete the unit
- Back-to-back installation capability
- Temperature only controlled with handle
- Single handle pressure balanced tub and shower mixing valve
- Maintains a balanced pressure of hot and cold water even when a valve is turned on/off elsewhere in the system
- Field adjustable means to limit handle rotation into hot water zone
- All parts are replaceable from the front of the valve
- Maximum flow rate of spout 6 gpm at 60 psi (22.7 Lpm at 414 kPa) with R10000-UNBX
- Universal adapter included allows for thread, sweat or slip-on installation of tub spout
